Our bodies are built from what we eat—and what we choose every single day. We can reverse chronic health conditions like obesity, diabetes, hormone imbalances, inflammation, heart disease, and digestive disorders. We can even improve our mental health—by changing how we eat, how we move, and how we handle stress.

I also believe life is short. I believe in balance. And I believe in being human.

For years, I felt like I was constantly explaining myself. If I had dessert or a cocktail, I defended it. If I ordered a salad or avoided a certain restaurant, I was “high-maintenance.”

Like so many people, I searched for the one “perfect” health plan. I wanted to know which nutrients I was missing, why my hormones were off, and why I’d battled digestive issues my entire life. I went to every doctor, practitioner, and “guru” I could find.

Here’s what I learned: if you’re still eating processed foods, buying factory-farmed meat, living on drive-through coffee, snacking on candy, or microwaving frozen dinners—there’s a whole world of better health you’re missing.

I’m not perfect. And I don’t expect you to be either. That’s why I call myself The Hybrid Health Coach—because what I teach isn’t extreme. It’s a blend of what works in the real world, starting exactly where you are. I’ll help you find your balance, reach and maintain your ideal weight for life, and understand how to do it naturally.

 

Can I be honest?

I’m the imperfect, realistic, wine-drinking, pizza-eating, green-juice-loving, non-fast-food-eating yogi who loves essential oils, supplements, farmers’ markets—and yes, still vaccinates her kid. Sorry, not sorry.

Here’s the truth:
You don’t have to commit to one “health religion” to feel amazing. You don’t have to be vegan to eat at a vegan restaurant. You don’t have to be keto to lose weight. You can cook a Whole30 recipe, sip a glass of wine, and enjoy a vegetarian dinner—all in the same day—and still be on the right track.

Different perspectives are fine. Opinions are fine. But reading them all hasn’t gotten you the results you want.

I’m fed up. Fed up that our planet is suffering. Fed up that processed, harmful, product-like food is cheaper and more accessible than fresh vegetables and home-cooked meals. Fed up that so many people know what they “should” do but feel like it’s too hard to start—or stick with.

I’m here to change that for you. I’m the Hybrid Health Coach who will help you blend real life with real health—so you can finally feel your best, without giving up the things you love.
